Hyperscale Data, Inc. has officially announced an increase in its Bitcoin holdings, surpassing 1,000 digital coins.

The publicly listed company, which is traded on the New York Stock Exchange, reported on Tuesday that it held 1,087.4527 BTC as of the previous Sunday, amounting to approximately $72.4 million based on current market values.

These holdings are distributed across the company’s wholly owned subsidiaries, Sentinum, Inc. and Ault Capital Group, Inc. (ACG). Notably, ACG acquired approximately 51.5 Bitcoin through open-market transactions during the week ending July 19.

This recent announcement indicates a considerably accelerated strategy in Hyperscale Data’s accumulation of Bitcoin. In late March 2026, the company reported a holding of only 627.9 BTC, reflecting an increase of nearly 460 BTC within a timeframe of less than four months.

This strategy is part of the company’s objective to establish a digital asset treasury valued at $100 million, while seeking to achieve parity between its Bitcoin holdings and its market capitalization. Currently, with a market cap estimated at approximately $63 million, the company’s Bitcoin assets surpass its overall valuation, not accounting for cash or operational businesses.

Executive Chairman Milton “Todd” Ault III underscored this discrepancy, stating, “We now hold more than $70 million in Bitcoin.” He contended that the market appears to attribute no value to the company’s cash reserves, its data center in Michigan, and its operational business portfolio, emphasizing that Hyperscale will continue its execution plans while reinforcing the growing gap between its market capitalization and intrinsic value.

At the time of writing, GPUS is trading near $0.13 per share.

Hyperscale Adopts Bitcoin Treasury Strategy

Strategy Inc. (MSTR) serves as a prominent case study in the evolution of Bitcoin treasury strategies within the corporate sector.

Under Michael Saylor’s leadership, Strategy transitioned from a conventional software business to a Bitcoin-acquisition model, enabling investors to gain exposure to the cryptocurrency through shares that are traded on the Nasdaq.

This approach has inspired other corporations, including Hyperscale Data, to incorporate Bitcoin into their treasuries. However, Hyperscale’s situation is notably distinct, as its Bitcoin holdings currently exceed its entire market capitalization, a scenario typically observed in significantly undervalued treasury positions.
